I deleted something I wanted to keep

Open the Photos app › Albums › Recently Deleted. Everything Tidyshots removes stays there for 30 days and can be recovered with one tap. Compressed videos are saved as new items; if you chose "Replace the original", the original is in Recently Deleted too.

The scan skipped some photos

Photos that live only in iCloud (the "Optimize iPhone Storage" setting) are counted but not analysed, because analysing them would mean downloading them first. The results screen shows how many were skipped. To include them, open Photos, let the items download, and rescan.

Cancel or manage a subscription

Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions › Tidyshots. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too: reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot see your payment details or issue refunds ourselves.

Restore a purchase on a new phone

Settings in the app › Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account.

Privacy

The scan runs on your iPhone and nothing is uploaded. Details in the Privacy Policy.
